The view from the Loft /Study overlooking the Great Room takes in a vista from the river valley beyond. Here reclaimed timber ceiling beams and glue-laminated structural member’s combine with steel tensioning rods to support stress skinned roof panels. Walls and ceiling are finished with chalk based distemper paints. A bronze and wrought iron balcony rail filters the view to the river.
